Referral Bonus Disappeared
I had various Bonuses from referrals since 2011 or so.
I've earned around 14Gb just in referrals + my Basic 2Gb, and I recently subscribed to a short Trial but after it ended,
it all disappeared and I am now back to 2Gb.
Can you help me get back the storage I had?
Thank you,

Hey insanemoe, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
Space earned through referrals is permanent and won't be removed if you upgrade and/or downgrade your account. Could you have a look at your plan tab and let us know what's reported there in regards to your quota?
Thanks!

Here are a couple of screenshots that show that I have earned (17,75GB) but it doesn't show on my account anymore.
so I had to take a plan because I was down to 2GB and got the alert to make some more space. - Megan2 years ago

Hi @insanemoe, thanks for the screenshot!
On the top, right part of the page in the first screenshot the total referral quota shown there is 32GB.
What do you see when you click "view more earned space"?

That's not showing their total quota, but the amount of referral space that they've earned. They've earned 14 out of a possible 32 GB.
insanemoe Can you share a screenshot of your Subscriptions page, showing your actual usage, please?

It looks like you have 14 successful referrals, since you're showing a paid plan, and you have 14 GB out of 32 GB. On a paid plan, referrals are worth 1 GB each, making it 14 referrals in total.
When you're on a Basic plan, these referrals would be 512 MB each, making it 7 GB in total.
Could you check your referrals again to see how many completed referrals you have on your end?

I have 8 completed referrals + bonuses (other ways I've earned) see screenshot.
I always was on the free plan and never had this problem. - Jay2 years ago

From the screenshot you showed earlier, you would have 14 referrals, and the extra bonuses in this screenshot would be separate to that.
This still wouldn't make it 14 GB, unless there are more bonuses when you scroll down.

I counted 8 + the extra bonuses (cannot scroll down more)
In one way or another, I don't see that extra storage space in my account or something is missing. - Jay2 years ago

Most likely the other referrals are missing, if you referred a lot of users, since there should be 14 referrals according to your earned quota.
