Referral showing as complete but 1 gb not showing in my space.

Hi All - I upgraded my basic free account to the plus today and also sent a referral link to a friend who signed up. I received an email that my friend signed up and that I'm getting an additional 1...

Visit your Plan page. What plan does it say you're on? Also, check your Referrals page (not your email or an app) and check what it shows for your referrals and space earned.

Hi Rich,

It shows as I mentioned before that I have the plus plan and 2 TB of storage total. I figured out a support email address though and am speaking to someone from dropbox now. He advised I'm probably not seeing my credit because I am still in the trial month but assured me I have it. Anyway thanks for looking into it.
