Dropbox application not installing on MacOS Ventura
Hi
I recently installed the new Mac OS Ventura on my Macbook pro. As soon as it was all set up, I was told I had to delete my dropbox app because it is corrupt. I, therefore, deleted it, went to the dropbox site, and downloaded what I assumed was the latest app version. I went to install it and it refuses to install...literally, nothing happens. Can you help me understand what's going on? Thanks,

Hey SPZero, keep in mind that I can't see the screenshot on my end. Are you sure that you attached it back to me?
Do you see any errors on your end when trying to open the app?

Hey Claude-Yves PELSY, could you click on the blue hyperlink in your error message and send us the whole error log?
This would help us assist further.

i just updated to Ventura 13.2.1. I have been unable to get Dropbox to lad properly since upgrading to Ventura. Apple said it would require an update, so I figured that this new update would solve the problem, but it hasdn't. When I clicked on the Dropbox icon in the top menu bar, which is grayed out, it opens up a dialogue box, in which blue trapezoids move around and around but nothing ever happens.

Hi SPZero, could you temporarily disable any antivirus or firewalls you may have running on your computer and try again to see if the app behaves the same?
If you still get the same results, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.

not sure where or how to send you a screenshot? It is pretty basic so I caon't imagine that it will help you or me, but i'll and it if you expalin to me how to do so. Also, I believe I sent you a request for help. Independent of the "AirDrop broken on macOS Ventura" heading. That is not my problem, my problem is the app won't load.

Hi SPZero, to add onto what my colleague asked, do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
