Thanks for posting on our Community, UlfFahlen! Welcome back.
Can you send me a few screenshots of what you see on your end?
Other than that, did you notice this issue after a specific Dropbox or OS update on your device?
Let me know more details, and we’ll have a look.

Sorry! I was wrong, it is a PC and a number you maybe can use is this: DESKTOP-7ISE42R
We did an update yesterday and after that it doesn't work.

Thanks for these updates, UlfFahlen! I can’t access any personal account info on the forum, unfortunately. We can still check a few things together, though.
If you’re still getting the same error, can you send me a full screenshot of it, so that I can have a visual and guide you from there?
Do you mean that you had a Dropbox app update or an OS one?

An update of the OS.
I can't attach files here but it says:"Dropbox
It was not possible to start Dropbox. It was not possible to start Dropbox.

Perfect, thanks for that.
What I want you to do next is to open the txt error log on your computer (it should be a hyperlink) and attach it here by copy pasting it in your reply box on the forum.

We got the advanced reinstall-instructions from another person here and did everything there.
And then we got this errorfile instead: dropbox_errorzselak4m.txt
Thank you! - Nancy8 months ago

Can you please provide the full error log here or a screenshot of what you see? Without it, I’m afraid we won’t be able to provide much support on the forum.
