Did you create the Dropbox account directly via the pre-installed app on your machine? - SeraphAngel4 years agoExplorer | Level 3I don't remember if I did or not. I remember being confused when I didn't see the 100 GB applied to my account after logging in to my Dropbox account in the myHP app, where I originally saw the promotion, so I looked on the Dropbox website for a support page addressing a similar issue. The page said to install the Dropbox app, so I did that via the Dropbox website.
