Dropbox charged me, even though I don’t recall upgrading - I need a refund
Someone please tell me what to do for a refund, I already cancelled my plan

If you cancelled your plan then you did set up premium. Dropbox cannot take money from somebody without them actively putting card info in to Dropbox.
Refunds are only issued where legally required. You can see all info at https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund
