Dropbox downgraded even though it's been paid through iTunes

I've been a pro member since 2017 but out of nowhere i was downgraded. I have a receipt of payment. I need this resolved asap. My business relies on dropbox. I do not have two accounts & I cannot look up my payment on dropbox.com due to it being paid through apple store.

    Hey kace, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    When was the last time you paid for your subscription? 

     

    Is it possible that the card/account associated with your Apple ID expired or didn't have enough funds at the time your Dropbox subscription was supposed to renew?

     

    Let me know what you find.

    Hello,

    I am facing similar issues. Paid the subscription via iTunes. Payment was taken acconding to bank. Accoding to iTunes account the subscription is still valid, but dropbox was downgaraded. May I plese for any hints or help?

    I have the same problem. I have been paying thru Apple but Dropbox says I have been unsubscribed. Apple says contact Dropbox which I can't do since I am unsubscribed. Apple suggested they refund my money and I start again with Dropbox but Dropbox insists I go thru Apple. My files are in danger of being lost.

    Hey Stuart8, firstly I wanted to say that no matter what, your files are safe in your account, even if you're downgraded.

     

    That being said, do you mean that you've paid for the subscription, but got downgraded?

     

    Can you try to restore your purchase, to see if that helps?
