How can I redeem the 50% Discount for Dropbox Plus with Adobe Creative Cloud?
I have both an Adobe Creative Cloud and a Dropbox Plus subscription. I recently saw that I could be saving 50% on my Dropbox Plus sub.
It has only recently renewed but as my work situation has changed I need to cut some costs while I seek new work.
I want to keep my subscription but want to take advantage of this offer I'm entitled to.
Could someone let me know if they've been able to do this? When I click Redeem Offer it says I already have a Dropbox Plus plan.
I've been paying for Adobe for 30 years and Dropbox for 15 years.
Many thanks!
Thanks for posting your question to our Community, Measle.
Indeed, this promotion with Adobe does exist, however, it cannot be redeemed if you're already on a Dropbox Plus subscription, just like the error message mentioned.
It works for existing users, just not the ones that have already purchased their plan.
Let me know if you have any questions.

I have adobe subscription, and they have an offer to get dropbox at 50% off. I've decided to take advantage of this offer.
After I click "Redeem Offer", I get an error — "The cash code can’t be applied, please contact sales for more information.".
And I contacted support, explained the situation to them and they just ended the chat with me and turned off the ability to send messages them!
"In this case I will need to redirect you to submit a Help Request to our Support team. Apologies this wasn't something I was able to assist with further as we're mainly here to guide on our Plan offerings, but our dedicated Support team specialize in troubleshooting and will get this sorted for you as soon as possible. You can contact them here: dropbox.com/support Thanks and take care!"
Ok, I go to dropbox.com/support, and what do I see?
It's a joke? Are you kidding me? I want to give you my money and become a customer, but you're mocking and laughing at me.

Op here. There is no expiry date on the promotion on Adobe's site and the link is still active.
It's like no one wants to take responsibility for this actually really good offer (on the surface) but it doesn't work. There are no terms anywhere and therefor there should be no exclusions as they are none implied. - rachmuel1 year agoHelpful | Level 6
Why is the promotion still active then? I don't see any expiration date. Can you provide proof that it is expired? Here is a screen shot of the promotion, active as of moments ago.

Hi Megan , I'm having the same issue redeeming the promotion, and there is no time limit on the offer on the creative cloud benefits page. Please, see screenshots below.

Hey all, thanks for reporting this to us!
I did some digging on my end, and I'm afraid that it seems our Adobe promotion is no longer active, and has expired mid-October.
If you need further help, let us know.
