I can't cancel my Dropbox Backup trial.
I just signed up for free trial on drop box but I dont see any change to my account. It is still Dropbox Basic and no support option. I also received an email that my account got the free trial. Welcome to your 6 month trial of the Dropbox Backup plan! Here’s your receipt:
You’ll be charged $76.62 plus applicable tax, (minus any applicable credits or promos) yearly until you cancel (https://www.dropbox.com/help/158) your subscription. Previous charges won’t be refunded
I try ton cancel it through my iphone but I dont see dropbox in the settings. I try the web but no option to cancel and my account is still dropbox basic. What should I do now?

I have the same issue, received the confirmation of the trial, but when I go to "manage subscription" there's no cancel button.

It sounds like there’s some kind of mismatch between the trial activation and what’s showing on your account. Since you got the confirmation email, the trial definitely went through, but the account display may just be lagging or tied to where the subscription was started.

hey Walter i am getting same issue to cancle my dropbox backup plan i redeem whe i get my seagate hard drive it doesnot showing me the optiion or button to cancle it under subscription section

All i see on my end is "Dropbox Basic" plan. Doesn't show that I have dropbox Backup plus plan or trial. But I am still able to go into my backup plus through the website and see the downloadss i've made in the past while i was using it.

I'm having this exact issue right now! How did you get it resolved???? I spoke to the DropBox Chat Assistant and they sent me a link but I was unable to open it on my end for some reason. I was even logged into my dropbox. My trial ends sometime early september so I want to makesure I cancel it.
