I'm trying to upgrade but it says my account is already using the Plus plan.

I've been using the dropbox basic plan for years, but decided to upgrade to the Plus plan. I got an error when trying to upgrade, but it shows my account plan as Plus. It's saying that I'm out of storage at 12 GB. I can't go in and reupgrade right now, as it shows my plan already at Plus. Help!

Hi from me as well, emsreviewsbooks! To clarify, you upgraded your Dropbox account directly via www.dropbox.com, correct? Or did you use the iTunes/Google Play platform on your mobile device instead?

Thank you for getting back to me. The plan page says I'm on the Plus plan, 2 TB. Nothing has been charged to my card.

Hi there, emsreviewsbooks, let's see what we can find about this!

Could you visit your plan page, and let me know what it reports there?

Also, if you check with your payment vendor/bank about this do you have any Dropbox-related charges?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
