Lenovo Promotion Issue
I have purchased a new Lenovo Laptop in September 2021. During the initial windows installation, i was prompted for 100 GB dropbox storage for 1 year. Now after installation i am trying to claim 100 gbs but the account is reflecting only 2 gbs.
Btw, i have created a new account of dropbox as per the instructions.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi rishab27, just for clarification, did you sign into any existing account, or did you create a new account in order to claim the promotional offer.
In the article my colleague posted, the offer is only valid for new Dropbox accounts, and not pre-existing accounts.
