unable to restore purchase
There's a free trial right now and somehow I'm still charged for the upgrade. But I also cannot access my new space, keeps saying I need to upgrade, and when I go to restore my purchase it says (NSURLError Domain Error 409.)

Hi Alsaboori, can you send me a screenshot, please?
Also, have you gotten any emails confirming the upgrade?

Hi Alsaboori, welcome to our Community!
Do you also get an error, when you try to restore your purchase, as the OP of the thread mentioned?
Can you send me a screenshot?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hey Mslater33, happy Friday!
Would it be okay if I reached out to you via email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?

Hello- I am on an iPhone and subscribed to the 2TB storage - account was charged but my Dropbox will not upgrade and says I’m still a basic account. I’ve tried to restore purchase via Wi-Fi and cellular data and I get the error code 409 as well. Please let me know what I can do to make my account sync to the plan I’ve purchased.
