Password reset email not received
Hi! I created my account back in 2016-2017 and I didn't use it for a while. I changed my phone since then and now I can't login because I don't remember my password. When I try to reset it, it says that the reset email was sent but I didn't receive anything. I tried looking into the spam folder and creating a contact with no-reply@dropbox.com but nothing worked. I know this is the right email because I got a lot of mails from dropbox about my account saying that my account storage is full and I should upgrade.
- If the account hasn't been accessed for over 12 months, then it means that it wouldn't be possible to regain access to the account of the files within.

Yes as I mentioned in the comment, I have performed all the solutions provided by the support and none of them worked.

Hiya,
I'm trying to login and another paid account with another email that I used to backup my father's computer, but it appears that the account has been disabled.How can I solve this? The payment continues being performed normally.

Do you see any errors in regards to this when trying to access the account?

The account being disabled is the only reason why I can no longer access it.
I can't access the account in any way. I have tried resetting my password, followed ALL the steps instructed in the help center, but I can't access my account.

Hey aanna_o, sorry to jump in here, but could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting when trying to log into the account in question omitting any personal information?

Walter When I try to reset the password and enter the email address to send the reset link, I NEVER get the email. even though I add the address to my contacts.

Hi aanna_o, as my colleague Walter suggested, could you attach a screenshot showing the exact error you're getting when trying to login, while hiding your email address?

Jay Here it is... I don't think it will make any difference. It just shows that the password or email is wrong. When I try to reset the password I don't get any email even when I add the address as contact.

Since that email appears to be on a custom domain, have you tried contacting your IT team to see if the emails from Dropbox are being blocked from reaching the inbox, or directed straight to the spam/junk folder?

Jay Yes I checked all the other possible folders. I don't receive the password reset email.
Is it possible to do it another way? We have a lot of files saved in dropbox and we need them.
