I can't access to my account dropbox password
Hello ,
I have access to my email and dropbox account , but I can't login to dropbox password,
I put the user and the password correctly, I receive the 2FA validation code by sms a message appears "Check that it is really you to allow the synchronization of all the passwords already added".
PLEASE GUIDE ME TO RECUPERATE MY ACCOUNT ACCESS.
Thanks

Hi mehditk1231, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you're not able to login to Dropbox Passwords with your details, have you tried using your recovery words?
Do you have any other devices already logged into your Passwords account?
This will help me to assist further!

Could you attach a screenshot showing the exact message and prompt you're getting, while hiding any personal info?

Without the recovery words or an already connected device there is no way to get access to the account: https://help.dropbox.com/installs/dropbox-passwords-faq
"To add an extra layer of security, Dropbox Passwords uses devices you’ve already connected to confirm new devices you want to connect. If you don’t have access to any previously-connected device, Dropbox Passwords will ask for your recovery words, in their original order. If you don’t have them, you can’t log in to any new devices and you’ll lose access to your Dropbox Passwords account."
