I haven't received the two-step verification code to my email

Hi i cant reiceve two-step verification code for one of my accounts.Is it possible that account can be banned and how i can chek it acc name is [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]

    Hi Pecata666, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and list again with the login? Make sure to also check your junk/spam folder.

     

    Are you using a public email provider, or a private business domain?

     

    This will help me to assist further!

    Is this a private email domain or a public one that others can create (like Gmail)?

    Thanks for the info, in order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?

    Hey Jay, 

    I don't have access tonthe forum profile. 

    The problem is that I was meant to recive a 2 step verification code on the email [Removed as per Community Guidelines] ,but I dint recive anything.

    Okay, if you don't have access to the forum profile email, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly.

     

    You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link

    From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick the email address of the Dropbox account you're having an issue with. Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
