Ability to adjust location of action buttons when commenting

When a user clicks on a comment, the action button overlay appears, which hides the comment below it. Users gets annoyed with this. I suggest adjusting the action buttons in the Header section of the comment.

Current Comment UI. Popup Hovers over Comment.

 

Proposed Solution. A comment is still visible during the popup overlay.

    1000% agree. Please move the action buttons to a location that does not overlap with the body text of the selected comment

    It's actually shocking that nobody at Dropbox realized this mistake. Huge UI design flop. I cannot read the comments if I click on the actual balloon. It makes design revisions extremely tedious. I'm copy pasting using my mouse to read the whole thing each time. What a fail.
