Add an option to sync once every ten minutes, instead of immediately when there's a change

Currently, Dropbox seems to be syncing continuously, i.e. as soon as it detects a change it will start to sync it.
It would be great if you could set an interval for this.

For example, if you'd set that interval to 10 minutes, Dropbox would only sync files to the cloud every 10 minutes. After that specific sync has completed, the interval of 10 minutes will start again (to prevent intervals from overlapping when syncing takes longer than the interval).

Having an interval would lower the impact Dropbox has on your system, as it will be 'resting' during the interval period with very low CPU usage (I would assume, at least).

Also, having an interval, should lower the chances of locking problems occuring between Dropbox and applications using the files in Dropbox.
