As an admin, I want to see the files of every member on the team

It seems a little weird to me that as an admin of our org's Dropbox environment, I do not have access to see all files.  Community suggested some work-arounds - log in as user, and add myself to every folder from the admin console - but these don't scale well.  What I need, and what every other file system I've ever worked with gives me, is the abilityt to see into every folder a member creates.
