I went through the process to set this up twice but it is not showing as selected on my account. I even logged out and back in again, in case that was the problem. But the system did not send me a verification code. To be clear, it sent me one when I was trying to set it up, but verification is not set up. It's a loop, you try to set it up and then it takes you back to the verification setup window. Like Charlie Brown trying to catch the football.

Have you tried a different browser when trying to set it up? If not, can you give this a go, and let me know of the results?
Also, did you choose to receive the code via message or the mobile app?

I'm using Chrome, so I tried Safari.
It looks like I didn't complete the process. That's because it brings you back to the screen where you type your phone number in. This time I clicked on NEXT and it brought up security codes. I clicked through that and I was able to complete the process and log out. I was sent a text message the next time I logged in.
I chose to receive text messages rather than an app.
It would be less confusing if the screen where you type your phone number in doesn't show up again. That was the problem.

I had an account that e left there some files, and when i tried to log in it asked me for 2FA
problem is...
That email i've linked to my new email and i should've been able to get those emails on my new email,
but its not happening...
What i should do to recover that acc?

Just to make sure we're on the same page, is your Dropbox account linked to the same, new email address that you used, in order to receive your 2FA code?
