I can see the thumbnails when I scroll over the time bar at the bottom and I can hear the audio but can't see the video.
This is happening since yesterday. Is anyone else having this issue? I restarted my computer and tried playing them on my phone.
Collaborating on a design project right now that is time sensitive and needs my review. Dah!
Hi there, @jote, let's look right into this!
Can you clarify the file types you're trying to preview, and if you're using our website, or the desktop app directly?
Do they appear without an issue when you try previewing them on your phone?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hey @FaceBeat_TV, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you let us know the size of the file and send us a screenshot too if you're getting any particular errors when trying to preview it from our website?
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using another browser by any chance?

Hello I am having the same issue. The app on my iPhone plays the video's perfectly, but on my lap top through the drop box website only the audio plays. I am on a MacBook air and the files are .MOV and some are .MP4. This also happens on my MacBook pro. Would appreciate any input here... very frustrating!! 🙂
I'm having the exact same issue!! Thanks for posting.. Hoping to find an answer.
I just tired this in Chrome and it works. WHYYYYYY?????
It works in Chrome! Whyyyyyyy?
Hey @Button10, wishing you a great week ahead!
Since it's working when you use Chrome, but when you try a different browser, it doesn't then this means it has something to do with the browser you use.
You can start by clearing your browser's cache.
And even restoring your browser to its default settings and disabling any browser plugins, or even updating it.
If you need something else, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help every step of the way.
