First of all, great job troubleshooting this on your end. What is the OS that you're using on your device? Is it the latest one?
Also, do you notice the same behavior when you search for file types other than .pdf ones?

Hey @FelipeP, sorry to jump in here, but could you check how much space you have on your device?
Also, have you tried rebooting your device or clearing the app's cache to see if that improves matters?
