Solved

My account looks empty, with no files in it. However, I can see my files when using my iPad.

I've been using the app for many years on my windows laptop and had no issues. Just 2 days ago when I open my account it looked a new account with no files in it. I tried it several times with same results. The strange thing is I can see all my files when use my iphone or ipad but cannot add anything

  • Logged out and logged in and that was all it took to see my files. Not sure why/how the account was switched on the laptop. Anyway everything is back to normal. Thank you all for your help

Hey there, welcome to the community 70CamaroRs

Normally when someone has this issue, one of the first things we do is double check that you're logging into the same account. Can you go into Settings and check the email in the Dropbox app/website of the empty account?

Then verify that the email matches the one where you receive updates for your Dropbox account

I didn't notice it until you mentioned it. I have 3 device, and the laptop has a different account from the iPhone and iPad. On my laptop how do I logout and login to a different account? I don't see any buttons to do that. Not sure why or how that happened.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
