It takes a long time for the scanning process to start on the mobile app
When I open Dropbox Mobile and press the + button to scan a document, it takes sooo long for the camera button to pop up. How to fix this? (Other apps like Notes reveal the camera app much more quickly!)

Hey AFF, sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried clearing the Dropbox app's cache, to see if that helps?
If not, you can also uninstall and reinstall the app, if you haven't already.

Hi AFF, just wondering if using a different network/cellular data makes any difference.
You mentioned that you already cleared the app's cache. Have you also tried uninstalling, and then re-installing the app?
- AFF2 years agoHelpful | Level 5I did not mean to accept the solution and I do not see how to Juon except the solution. It is still a problem. I have not tried a different cellular network. I’m not sure why or how that would make a difference. I did However, try scanning a document from my Fuji scanner and uploaded it to dropbox and it was able to locate so Dropbox is able to locate within the document if it is not scammed by the app on my phone
