My account keeps saying it's full - but it isn't
Hi - I have a 6.3 GB basic account with less that 1.2 GB of data in it, but I keep getting notifications saying the account is full, and it isn't syncing. I've double checked my folders and cleaned out all deleted items, but it makes no difference. I have been unable to contact any sort of support through the website, so am hoping someone might know how to fix this. Thanks.

Thank you for your soonest reply.
So I'd better to upgrade my plan for more space?
I tried, but somehow it says I am not allowed to.

Hi Ekaterina Malakhova, you can always upgrade for more space.
Do you get any specific errors when trying to upgrade?

I have got an invitation to join the team folder.
But I can't do that because "I don't have enough space".
I have a basic plan. And team members with the same plan are ok.
Do I need some special 'team invitation'?
Do I have to change my settings?

As it says you need more space - they may have more via referrals or have less in other folders. There isnt any settings to change.
Shared folders use up the quota of everybody in them.

Yes, when I fill in the card info, I get a message I am not allowed to.

Maybe, there is another way to upgrade? An invoice?

Hi Katya Malakhova, currently it's only possible to use an invoice for Dropbox Business teams.
Could you confirm what plan you're on according to this page?

Dropbox says "Your Personal Dropbox account is full. Using 21.3 GB of 2.25 GB. Regular files (21.2 GB). Shared files (87.3 MB)". I have downloaded all the files from the website. The local file size and the files downloaded from the website are both around 700MB. So how is it 21.26 GB?
Dropbox is also out of sync. So, I can't store anything now.
