I purchased Dropbox Back up – it will not copy my document folder! it come up with a message about and error with Creative cloud.  Not a good start.

  • Hi onward, when you click on the Help Center link, where does it redirect you?

Is it this Help Center article? If so, have you tried deleting the library from your device as shown here?

I assume you figured this out, but in case not:

    1. Click on Dropbox icon at top/right of your screen.
    2. Click on your circular profile pic.
    3. Choose Preferences
    4. Choose Backups tab.
    5. Click on Manage backups
    6. Look for the Disable backup option.

I just wasted half a day dealing with this bull**bleep** too. Imagine my surprise when I suddenly couldn't export any of my Photoshop files for a client presentation. YAY! How is that acceptable

Wish this was announced LOUD AND CLEAR before I wasted my time trying to set up Dropbox Backup only to find out that it screwed up my Creative Cloud!

It used to work for me, but now it isn't working anymore. I wish I could have backup and adobe working together again.
