Do Files Get Deleted When You Unsubscribe from the Family Plan
Hi,
I keep encountering an error every time I try to send a support ticket via the Dropbox website.
We're currently part of the family plan but I would like to remove myself from the family plan and purchase my own 3TB plan.
If I remove myself from the family plan and my account gets reverted to the free plan, what happens to my files? Do they get deleted?
Also, I've been trying to upgrade to a paid plan but I also keep encountering an error. Do I unsubscribe first from the family plan?
Please advise. Thank you!
Hi there Creative Team AYI, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
Your files won't be deleted when you downgrade your account and you'll need to first leave the Family plan before you upgrade your account to any plan you'd like.
I hope this clears things up!
