I'm paying 432 euros/year for a Dropbox account, but I'm getting errors I'm over-quota.
Hi, I pay 432 euro/year for dropbox account, but receive message that my storage is full. I have only used 2 GB, so am told that I have a basic plan. How is that possible? I would assume that for that amount I should be able to get phone support but I can't get access to any phone number. Any ideas how I can clarify this?

Take a look at your Plan page. What plan does it say you're on? If it says Basic, then that's not the account that you're paying for and you likely have another account under a different email address. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're paying for.

If that's a Business account, and for that amount it likely is, then phone support is available, but it's handled via a callback initiated from your admin console so you would need to be signed in to that account. There is no phone number to call.

Hey screamers! Thanks for posting on our Community today.
From your message, it's quite possible that you’re currently signed in to a second Dropbox account, and not the one for which you’re being billed.
If you go here, do you see the email address that was linked to your paid Dropbox account?
To double check this, I suggest finding the 12-digit transaction ID for your Dropbox charges in your bank statement and then, using it on this page. Do you see the same email address as this one?
If not, you’ll need to log out of your current Dropbox account and sign in to the paid one by using your other email address.
Let me know if you need further help, though.
