Need help with two accounts under the same email address
I think this is what's going on....I wanted to upgrade my old account-it was full...looked at plans in a new browser page. Paid. Tried to login, was prompted to change my password. I did. Don't r...

It isnt possible to have 2 accounts under one email. UNLESS you use google and have an account (for example) under @gmail.com and @googlemail.com or have put punctuation before the @ on one account and not on the other.
Have a search through emails for emails from no-reply@dropbox.com to see what other address you upgraded - and if it was on a mobile device it is possibly your iCloud/Play store account email.
