My Dropbox account was deleted due to inactivity, can I get back my referral space?
Hi,
My account was deleted as I was inactive for over a year, and I understand that but is it possible if I can get back the space I earned through referrals to friends previously and yes, I registered with the same email address?
Hey there Anas1, I hope you're well today!
To see if there's anything that we can do for you in this situation, I've reached out to your email address linked to your Community profile.
Please just check your inbox when you have a moment and we can take it from there.
Thanks!

I'm afraid that if the account has already been closed lessly, that we wouldn't be able to restore the account to the same state as it was before.
If you'd like to, you could open up a new account with the same email address. However, it will be a brand new account without any associated to the previous account.
Hope this info helps!

When you reached out to our Support team, you would have received a ticket number for your case. So that I can check on this from my side, I'll need you to provide me with those mitten53.
Can you also let me know how you were accessing your account? Was it through the website perhaps, or through one of the apps?
Keep me posted!

I reached out to support and they never replied--twice. Now I cannot reach them because they deleted my account. I accessed my account every few months. They said it had been over a year. That is when I reached out--before their deadline to close--but I never heard back. Now, since they deleted my account I cannot email--unless I make a new account.
I am sad.

Hi there mitten53, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!
Since you mentioned that you reached out to the Support team, can you let me know the ticket number (eg. #1234567) that you would have received for this?
Also, can you clarify for me how you were notified that your account was deactivated? Was there a long time period where you didn't access your Dropbox account?
Let me know - thanks!

I tried 6 months to get into my dropbox account. I emailed dropbox. NO SUPPORT. I need to access my account--now they said it was deactivated--but I am trying to use it. Please help. Thank you. I cannot get any response from dropbox. I had this account for at least 4-6 years.
