How can I find the right activity filters in my admin console?
I am setting up strict file controls for our company. I would like to run activity reports each week to be able to review files that our users have added, edited so that we can review file names. I am having a hard time finding the right "activity filters" to report on this.
I appreciate any help! Also, I would really like to dive deep into Governance, Data Control, etc. Can you recommend any good resources for an admin-training like me?
Thank you!
Hey amyfrei, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community!
Are you currently on a Dropbox Business Standard or Advanced plan?
File level activities are currently available only to Advanced admins, I'm afraid. You can see more info on this here.
Regarding data governance, you should be able to access more info on this page, where you can also find a self-guided learning and virtual training option, as well as a video library with info on pretty much everything Dropbox related.
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you Hannah. Yes, unfortunately, I discovered that my plan doesn't give me access to those activities.
Appreciate your response and pointing me in the right direction of data governance information
