I can't access my email, and get a verification code
Good morning,
I hereby ask for urgent help in retrieving the information.
we have been using your system as a remote archive for years;
with account (in addition to the one linked to this email) [Removed as per Community Guidelines]
the problem is that this email has expired (or in any case not updated with its domain which has expired) for at least 8 years.
Since yesterday (28/9/23) access to Dropbox with the [Removed as per Community Guidelines] account requires a security code that your system sends to the aforementioned email (now non-existent).
Is there a possibility to recover this code, access the account and change the relevant email instead?
Otherwise we will have lost years and years of work unexpectedly
I also leave you my direct telephone contact for any clarification: [Removed as per Community Guidelines]
I thank you in advance for your attention and look forward to your friendly (and I hope urgent) response.
Confident in your response, I send you my warmest regards
- Jay
