Hi, Anyone have any info on this:
I used to get notified if some files I had shared were downloaded by the recipient.
I don't receive those notifications any longer. I did in 2020-2021.
Is there anyway to see or be notified if my files are downloaded by someone?
If not, why was that service cancelled.
I have a professional account.

Hi from me as well, @gary5!
Can you please clarify if you're referring to the emails you should be receiving each time one of your Transfer files gets downloaded? If yes, then this should still be possible and you can also check your Transfer stats via this page.

Hi, Thanks for the info. I am not receiving notifications for downloads and
I just sent some files and my transfer stats is empty. I think this is some technical
problem. Who can I get to help me with this? Who can I contact for tech support? I am paying for a service and not receiving
those services.
Can you please send me a screenshot of your stats page, so that I can also have a visual and check this further?
Besides the notifications that you mention, are you receiving any emails about your transfers being downloaded or nothing arrives at all? Please make sure to check your email’s spam folder as well, in case these emails are there.
Let me know what you find, and we’ll take a closer look.

Hi Thanks, I haven't been receiving email notifications and I checked my spam folders. I've attached a pic of a file I transferred.
I sent the link to a friend and she downloaded it. You can see on the screen grab it shows zero downloads. Why is that occurring?
People are downloading files and It shows no record of it and I'm not getting notified. Is there a tech support dept?
I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting the services from. Please advise.

www.dropbox.com/support with as much information as possible (i.e. the file links, date it was sent, rough idea of when downloaded etc.)

yes, i've done that over email. And I've put all the info here on the forum.
you can see on the image I attached much of the details. There's never a reply on the chat option.
It would be nice to get help in real time. But people in hell want ice water too....
