View, download, and export
Need support with viewing, downloading, and exporting files and folders from your Dropbox account? Find help from the Dropbox Community.
I cannot open all of my excel files in my Dropbox. Everything was fine yesterday, and I still worked with all my files. But today it cannot. The files weren't corrupt, I tried to open in downloads folder and everything was fine.
I have already reinstall the app, but still cannot be opened.
Maybe someone can help me about this problem, thank you.
Hi @nabillaamalia, thanks for messaging the Community!
Are the Excel files marked as available offline in your Dropbox folder?
This will help me to assist further!

Hey @nabillaamalia, would you mind sending me a screenshot of an example file that fails to open in Excel, but within your Dropbox folder, in order for me to double-check the icon next to it?
If you quit the Dropbox app, I'm assuming the files open without an issue, right?

Here it is, still cannot be opened
According to the screenshot, the file is not available offline as there is no green icon there.
Please could you mark the file as available offline first, and then try opening it again.

I already did, but nothing changed.
What about if you quit the Dropbox desktop application entirely, and try opening it again?
If you copy and paste that file to a non-Dropbox folder, does it open?
