"waiting for bolt.dropbox.com" message and I cannot download my photos to use?
I keep getting a message when I try to download any of the photos off of my shared dropbox folder. Why? How do I fix it? I need to download some of those photos pretty quickly and am so frustrated. I am on a Macbook Pro and am using Chrome for my internet connection. Please be specific with any suggestions on what I can do?

Hi Tdidi, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Hey HRodzPR, sorry to hear about this.
Could you clarify what actions you are taking when you notice this and, if possible, send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?

In 2023, I have the same problem. bolt.dropbox.com does not respond.

Hey GM_23, how are you today?
Do you get this message on a specific browser, or did you try multiple ones? Also, do you see this particularly when you try to download your content?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hey YoshiDBZ, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Do you happen to be running any security programs such as antivirus or firewalls on your device(s)?
If this persists after clearing your browser's cache or on another browser, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.
Thanks!
