I have a .mp4 file in my Dropbox but no way to delete it.
Its name is Sequence 01.mp4 and its size is 1 GB. Right click only show File info and File activity. No idea how did the file come to my Dropbox. At least I don't recognize the content and want to delete it. But I can't file a way to delete it. Please help.
Please consider this closed. The .mp4 file still exists in All files but clicking on it only leads to a dog. As indicated earlier, while Dropbox is feature-rich, it generates more unnecessary headaches like what i am experiencing. Please adhere to the motto in computer science: KISS keep it simple, stupid.

Hi from me too, alowe2025! Can you send me a visual of what you see on your end?
More specifically, I’d like a screenshot showing that the file has been deleted and one more full screenshot of the same file that you see when going to your All files page here.
As a seasoned IT professional, I can say Dropbox is feature-rich, but too rich that it has become user-unfriendly, like what i am encountering.
It says I deleted the file on 5/15. But while the file still exists in Search and Relevance?

Can you check the location of the file? Meaning, does it look like it's stored in your main Dropbox account or in some kind of folder?
If you go to your events page, do you see anything related to this file?
Why Dropbox can't simply let me delete the file?
