Incorrect reporting of storage usage on a Dropbox team account?

I have a Dropbox plan with 5Tb. It says I have used more than that, but when I look at each user's storage it does not even add up to 2Tb.  What is going on and how do I fix it?

Hey ahedloy, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community.

Would you mind also sending us a screenshot of what you see in the plan page of your account settings here?

Once we have that info, we should be able to assess the situation better.

    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the screenshot, ahedloy.

So, from the screenshot, it looks like you have lots of shared files taking up your space.

I'd suggest following the steps here to calculate the size of your folders, to see which ones are the culprit.

Let me know what you find!
