Member of Dropbox team account keeps getting a message that she's out of space

Hi, we have a shared Dropbox with 60TB. We have not set a limit for the members. One of the members computer is on it's last legs and she is trying to upload her files to Dropbox. She keeps getting a message saying she has insufficient  space to do this. Can anyone help? Does she need to upload in smaller bunches?

Hey madz43, thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you please send us a screenshot of the message your team member is getting?

Does the message refer to Dropbox space or perhaps hard drive space?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

    Hi madz43,

Here are a few steps to help resolve the issue:

    1. Check Local Storage: Ensure she has enough local storage on her computer to manage the upload process.
    2. Upload in Batches: Yes, uploading smaller batches can help. It reduces the load on the computer and might bypass the error.
    3. Use Dropbox Website: She can try uploading directly via the Dropbox website instead of the desktop app.
    4. Check Internet Connection: Ensure a stable internet connection to avoid interruptions.

If these steps don’t work, please let me know.
