My referral was marked as ineligible, even though we used a brand new computer.
Hi,
I just set up my Dad's brand new computer we bought from Lenovo and I referred him to Dropbox. Followed all the steps and it says he is ineligible.
This is a new computer (not refurbished etc) that has not have dropbox installed before and he has never had a dropbox account before.
What went wrong?

Hi Langnn, does the referral you sent to the user appear on your Dropbox account on this page?
What is the current status of the referral?
A screenshot showing this with the date of the referral, without the email address, would be helpful.

Can you try clearing cache and cookies? That often fixes this

We have got email from dropbox asking if we logged in and have clicked on those to confirm as well previously.
