I have a free Basic plan but I got charged

How did you upgrade?
I did not

 I have the free basic plan but received a charge that I did not approve and I would like to speak to someone but when I called the support number it said number is no longer in service to go to admin support page enter my phone number and I would recieve an immediate call back but there is nowhere to enter my number. Can you help me please?

    I think I just replied to your other comment here.

    If you have a free Basic account, but still got charged, is it possible that you have another Dropbox account?

    If you're not sure, you can add your billing info here, to see the email address of the account that got charged.

    Is it the same as the one associated with your Basic account?
