Hello, I'm experiencing difficulty in deleting my Dropbox account. I have followed all the necessary steps, but when I try to proceed, I encounter a '500 error' page. This happened several times (in different days)
Can you please assist me with this issue?Thank you

Hi there OATTohatsu - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know if this persists?
Thanks!

Hello,
I confirm you I have the same problem also with different browsers. - Nancy3 years ago

Hey OATTohatsu, sorry for jumping in.
Did you also clear your browser’s cache, like Walter suggested?
What if you try an incognito window instead?
- Nc225383 years agoExplorer | Level 3Can you possibly send me an email so I can delete my account. I’ve tried different browsers and I’ve followed the steps it keeps giving me an error 500. I see that you reach out to some via email and that’s what I’m asking for so I can get this done.

Hi Nc22538, let's see what we can do about that!
Do you receive this error message right after inserting your Dropbox password or before that?
Can you please open an incognito window on your browser instead, and give this one more try?
Let me know what happens.
- Nc225383 years agoExplorer | Level 3It still didn’t work and it appears after I put everything in.
- Nc225383 years agoExplorer | Level 3Can I get an update? Or can you just manually remove the account

Hey Nc22538 - sorry to jump in here, but would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a further look internally at this point?
