My account has been deleted because i joined another Dropbox team by mistake.

hello

I have an account for several years and this morning i joined by mistake (thought if was a shared folder) another existing account so my own personnal account is terminated.

This is a catastophy, could you please help me?

I would like to have my personnal account back and leave the other one but i can't do that because i am not the administrator

Thanks for your help on this topic

You need to contact the team admin and ask them to convert your account back to an individual account. It's very important that they don't just remove you from the team as doing so would delete your account. If that were to happen they only have seven days to restore your account. They must convert it back to an individual account.

The only person who can do it is the Administrator for the company. They need to REMOVE you from the account NOT delete you.

Dropbox themselves are unable to do this.
