Hey Jeff Trimble! Thanks for letting us know about this here.
First off, can you clarify the Dropbox platform you’re trying to sign in on? Are you on the Dropbox website/mobile app/desktop app?
Feel free to send me a screenshot of the error you’re seeing as well, so that I can have a visual.
Let me know, once you have more info.

Is that an error message you're receiving, or does the message appear to go through but you're just not receiving it?
Have you tried to access the account using your emergency backup codes?
