View, download, and export
Need support with viewing, downloading, and exporting files and folders from your Dropbox account? Find help from the Dropbox Community.
Can i see if a other person had seen or downloaded files from Dropbox?
Hello @IChbins, thanks for checking in with us.
You can see if someone is currently looking at a file with viewer info and, depending on the Dropbox plan that you have, you may also be able to see when someone last viewed a file.
Also, although there's no option currently for individual accounts to see if someone downloaded an item, Business team admins can view such activity from their admin console's activity tab.
Let me know if you have any other questions, cheers!
[Mod Note: This is now possible through the Transfer feature.]
