A zip file shared with me cannot be extracted. Is there a work around to get the files?

Dropbox message >>  Too big to load

This file type must be smaller to load here.

    Hi there, NancyAnnPhoto, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community!

     

    Currently, there's no way to unzip a file through Dropbox; have you tried downloading it to your computer and unzipping it there?

     

    How large is the file in question?

     

    Let me know.

    10.88 GB
     
    Yes, tried to download to PC, error "empty" 
    Although I know that's not correct either.

    Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting, so that we can have a visual too NancyAnnPhoto ?

     

    Also, have you tried another browser and/or another program to un-zip the file?

    My assistant fixed me up! I do not know what she did, but I'm in business once again. Sorry for the interruption.
