Pending signatures

Anyone using the signature function have difficulty with pending signatures showing up as pending?  I need to send someone a reminder/initiate new link, but I'm not seeing any of the signatures I've requested show up.  Anybody else already solve this?

    Do you mind sending over a screenshot of what you see exactly on your end? Also, do you happen to have a second Dropbox Sign account perhaps?
