Signatures Limit Reached

Hello, it appears that we've reached our signature request limit for this month. However, we used 3 signatures in September and 2 signatures in October. Shouldn't we have one free signature request left available for the month of October?

    Just have a check at when they were signed if one of the Sept. ones rolled over in to Oct at all it would have used that one up
