Why can't I upload my files when I have plenty of space left on my Dropbox account?
I just signed up with Dropbox for the free 2GB storage space. I have trying to save important training documents and it is saying I am out of space when I clearly have plenty of storage space left. Can I get some assistance with this? I have only used 0.09 GB. I don't have anything in backup.

Hi WPEFacilitator! Thanks for your post.
Can you clarify the total size of files you’re trying to upload to your Dropbox account?
Any relevant screenshots you can attach here will be much appreciated.
Keep me posted for any updates.

I saw what is happening. The first file I downloaded took 95 MB. The second file will take 2GB to download and I only have that much storage. Is there a way to move the smaller file to another storage outside of the Dropbox?

When you say download, I guess you meant upload - is that right WPEFacilitator?
Also, yes, you should normally be able to move (or copy) any files from your Dropbox account to another location on your device(s).
