Why referral status always ineligible?

Hi !

 

I referred Dropbox to my friend. Would this be eligible? He has never used Dropbox, nor has he installed it on his computer. Moreover, it is a new computer, and two people have already encountered this issue.

 

Why did this happen?

    Hi there syun leon - sorry to hear you're having issues with this. 

    Was Dropbox installed on the computer before or this would be the first time?  

    Let us know and we'll take it from there.

    My three friends is the first time install on their own computers, they never used Dropbox before.
