I can't open my Word documents on the Dropbox website.

I've tried  opera,chrome and edge browser but the page cannot be opened. it s cycling.

I have office professional plus 2019 also windows 11 home.

 

I can open a word document with edit mode.

    Can you send me a full screenshot of what you see exactly when attempting to open your Word documents on our website? 

    Are you having this issue with other kinds of Microsoft files, as well (like Excel, for example)? 

    Keep me updated.
