I'm getting an error in Microsoft Exchange when saving an attachment
Yesterday (05/12/20225) I started the Dropbox professional subscription trial. I had the free subscription prior to yesterday's move to the professional subscription. When using the Dropbox MS Exchange App to save an email attachment I'm getting the following error message: "Something went wrong. Please reload the add-in." However, I'm having no problem using the Dropbox MS Exchange App to share a file to an email that I'm creating. I'd like to be able to use Dropbox MS Exchange App to save an email attachment. Any suggestions to remedy this issue would be much appreciated.

I don't believe so, since this shouldn't make any difference to the extension, and this extension is available to all users, regardless of their plan.

Jay,
I had a free account prior to starting this trial professional subscription. Is Dropbox confusing my free subscription with my professional trial subscription?

Jay,
- Quit Exchange
- Yes
- Disconnecting Exchange from this page
- Yes
- Restart Exchange
- Yes
- Log in to Dropbox in the extension
- I don't understand this one. To disconnect the Outlook App (#2), I had to be signed into my Dropbox web account. Do I need to log out and then back in?

Did you try reinstalling the integration using these steps, and then signing into your Dropbox account?

Hannah,
I'm having trouble with step #4 Log in to Dropbox in the extension. Not sure how to do this within Outlook since I disconnected the App?

Thanks for the screenshots, cwhitfield.
Can you please try Jay's steps again, but use this page on the step that gave you the error?
